Absolutely. Our .wav files are universal and work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, and any audio software.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common issues.

My download is showing as an empty folder. What do I do?

This usually happens when files aren't fully extracted. Make sure you're using a proper extraction tool: Windows: Use WinRAR or 7-Zip (not built-in Windows unzip) Mac: Use Keka or The Unarchiver After extracting with the right tool, all files should appear correctly.

The LUTs aren't showing up in my software.

Make sure you placed the .cube files in the correct folder: Premiere Pro: Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/[Version]/Lumetri/LUTs Final Cut Pro: Drag directly into the Color Board DaVinci Resolve: Right-click LUT folder and select "Open Folder Location" Restart your software after adding new LUTs.

Presets won't import into Lightroom.

Ensure you're using the correct file format: Lightroom Classic: Use .lrtemplate files Lightroom CC/Mobile: Use .xmp files Also, make sure you're importing via the Presets panel (not dragging into the library).

I haven't received my download email.

Check your spam/promotions folder for an email from "CINEKIND" or "Shopify." If it's not there, contact us at support@cine-kind.com with your order number, and we'll resend it within 12-24 hour.

Can you help me with installation?
